PSICANÁLISE, LITERATURA E CINEMA: DEBATES E REFLEXÕES PROMOVIDOS POR UM PROJETO DE EXTENSÃO PARA ADOLESCENTES

Abstract

It is fundamental to highlight the Psychoanalysis relevance, since your emergence, to think an understanding of psychic issues, and the collective thinking, associated with moral, social, and cultural matters. For this reason, this present work introduces an experience report concerning the extension project “Psicanálise, Literatura e Cinema”, that operated by relating teaching, research, and practice, with the participation of 15 college students from the Psychology course. This program was performed under the promotion of reflections among adolescents in a state school in São Paulo, expanding the access to culture, literature, and film. Hence, the undergraduate students conducted fortnightly meetings at the school, employing as methodological tools: dynamics, drawings, and writing activities. Moreover, materials related to literature and film area (poems; book parts; movies; series episodes) were employed, to enable it promote debates with the students on social and contemporary themes. At the end of the first semester of this experience, it was possible notice a satisfactory development in most participants, considering that the bond of trust has strengthen, and the critical thinking related to important themes began to progress. Therefore, even with a few challenges in the experience, it showed efficiency within school environment, due to the student’s expanding perspectives on social field, as well as to issues like racism and prejudice. Furthermore, the actions also contributed to the college students, producing learnings into practical parts, group management in educational institutions, and listening work with adolescents.
