CONCEITO DE PROPRIEDADE PRIVADA E A ÓTICA DO MST.

Resumo

Tendo como referencial teórico os conceitos sobre a “propriedade privada” de T. Hobbes, J.J. Rousseau, J. Locke, Karl Marx, F. Engels e E. Kant, esse trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar o discurso e a prática sobre a idéia de propriedade do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra – MST. Parte da hipótese de que o movimento utiliza-se de práticas e conceitos marxistas apenas como instrumento de mobilização política, pois tem como conceito de propriedade a teoria burguesa de “função social” e não de coletivização e socialização. Assim, através do referencial teórico descrito e analisando a entrevista realizada com o líder em um Assentamento de
Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra, conclui-se que existe uma incoerência entre o discurso na mídia e a prática do movimento, já que, sua propaganda de ação aponta para o socialismo e marxismo, invocando sentimentos de solidariedade e coletivização e, por outro lado, a prática e os documentos oficiais demonstram um comportamento típico de pequeno burguês, valorizando a propriedade privada, a função social da terra e sua democratização.

Tends as theoretical referencial the concepts on T. Hobbes's “private property”, J.J. Rousseau, J. Locke, Karl Marx, F. Engels and E. Kant, that work has the objective of analyzing the speech and the practice on the idea of property of the Movement of the Rural Workers Without Earth - MST. It breaks of the hypothesis that the movement is just used of practices and Marxist concepts as instrument of political mobilization, because he has as property concept the bourgeois theory of “social function” and not of collectivization and socialization. Like this, through the described theoretical referencial and analyzing the interview accomplished with the leader in an Establishment of Rural Workers Without Earth, it is ended that an incoherence exists among the speech in the media and the practice
of the movement, since, your action propaganda appears for the socialism and Marxism, invoking solidarity feelings and collectivization and, on the other hand, the practice and the official documents demonstrate a typical behavior of small bourgeois, valuing the deprived property, the social function of the earth and your democratization.
