SERVIÇO SOCIAL E RESIDÊNCIAS MULTIPROFISSIONAIS EM SAÚDE:
aproximações sobre a realidade em um Hospital Universitário em Belém/PA
Abstract
This article seeks, from theoretical-practical approaches and the light of Marx's critical social theory, to show how the training process of resident social workers has been taking place, particularly at the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital (HUJBB), of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), with a view to identifying challenges and possibilities contained in this important space for continuing education in health, from the perspective of building mediations aimed at defending social security, the Unified Health System (SUS) and work and quality professional training. Through bibliographical and documentary research, an analysis of the Pedagogical Projects was carried out in order to identify under what conditions the Residency Programs have been carried out, as well as the survey of information in the EBSERH databases of CEPS/UFPA, the which were crossed with information from the Lattes Platform, with a view to building the academic-professional profile of preceptor social workers and professionals who graduated from the programs. It was found that the components established by the Pedagogical Projects of the programs have been following the normative guidelines regarding the division of theoretical, theoretical, practical and practical workloads and the theoretical axes are aligned with the perspective of collective health and the Critical Training Project of Social Work Brazilian.
