Behavioral nutrition has emerged as a promising therapeutic approach for managing eating disorders such as bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. This study aimed to analyze, through an integrative review, the main strategies of this approach applied to the treatment of these conditions. The research was conducted in the LILACS, SciELO and PubMed databases using standardized descriptors and specific inclusion criteria. A total of ten studies published between 2019 and 2024 were included. Results indicate that interventions based on behavioral nutrition, especially cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindful eating, and mindfulness,, have shown effectiveness in reducing binge-eating episodes, improving body image, and promoting healthy eating habits. It is concluded that behavioral nutrition represents a promising and effective strategy in the therapeutic context of these disorders, although further empirical studies are needed to strengthen its applicability in clinical practice.
