O Governo Provisório e a Regulamentação do Trabalho no Brasil de 1930 a 19341

Resumo

Com a Revolução de 1930, o Estado assume postura fortemente intervencionista com relação a questão social. A regulamentação das relações de trabalho através da legislação gerava intensos debates e disputas entre a classe patronal, a classe trabalhadora e o Estado. O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar esses debates e disputas buscando compreender as tensões políticas e o contexto econômico de formulação das leis trabalhistas e seus desdobramentos no período de 1930 a 1934. Para atingir esse objetivo, a metodologia consistiu em pesquisa bibliográfica de obras relevantes para a temática, analise de documentos, leis e declarações e consulta a arquivos privados. Essa metodologia permitiu constatar, que o ideário liberal que marcava a posição política dos industriais e cafeicultores tornava-os resistentes a intervenção do Estado nas relações de trabalho. Contudo, a pressão da classe trabalhadora, através de greves e organização do movimento sindical e as necessidades econômicas conduziram o Estado a assumir uma posição de intermediação entre os interesses de classes.

Abstract
With the Revolution of 1930, the State assumes interventionist position with regard to social matter strong. The regulation of the relations of work through the legislation generated intense debates and disputes between the patronal classroom, the workers classroom and the State. The objective of this work was to investigate these debates and disputes searching to understand the tensions politics and the economic context of formularization of the working laws and its unfoldings in the period of 1930 the 1934. To reach this objective, the methodology consisted of bibliographical research of excellent workmanships for the thematic one, analyzes f documents, laws and declaration and consults the private archives. This methodology allowed to evidence, that the liberal idea that arked the position politics of the industrials and coffee’s oligarchy became them resistant the intervention of the State in the work relations. However, the economic pressure of the diligent classroom, through strikes and organization of the syndical movement and necessities had lead the State to assume a intermediacies position enter the interests of classrooms.
